Hey, I’m Christine, I am so happy you are here!

It’s no SECRET that the reason we tend to develop unhealthy habits, is often to mask a void; Boredom, Stresses, Anxiety, Insomnia, Trauma or any other negative emotion we may come face to face with.

So simply put, I take amazing humans (yes, you are amazing because you have made it this far!) through my REFRAMING method, where I combine my skills in coaching, nurturing and just getting down right jiggy with you and getting stuff done, along with the added benefit of me calling upon the amazing panel of experts within the team.

Here you have the added benefit of not just getting access to me, you are getting motivational, spiritual, nutritional, psychological and physiological knowledge, tips and so much more, which you can then craft into your own routine, helping you achieve new healthier habits.

This course enlightens you to what we cover within the REFRAMING method, it’s an introductory level to help you reframe and understand your relationship with alcohol, food or drugs and how following some habit hacks can improve your way of life.

12 Week New Beginnings Program

Typically purchased as a follow-on course from the 6 Week New Beginnings Online Program, or just jump straight in. We’ll dive further into the REFRAMING method and introduce you to members of my expert panel. We dig deep and ditch the bad habits to unearth your true self.

1:1 REFRAMING Coaching program

This program is delivered in weekly sessions with daily support over a 12-week or a 24-week period. It’s a deep-dive hand-held process of the REFRAMING method. Perfect for peeps who are wanting complete confidentiality and that extra support and direction.
